If we failed to deploy all state mechanisms for infrastructure development, education, awareness and other programmes, we would not be able to achieve Millennium Development Goals on water and sanitation by 2015.

ImageThere is some improvement in water supply in the Kathmandu Valley but there is no significant achievement. Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited (KUKL) is confused due to lack of internal management and coordination with others. It seems that the KUKL's management side is weak and the KUKL could improve its services if the staffs, management and board move ahead by coordinating with the government

Hence, constitution of New Nepal is a must to address these problems.
